Weekenders
For over two decades, Horizons for the Blind has sponsored Weekenders, an outreach social group for EVERYONE.
Each month, the Weekenders travel throughout the Chicagoland area in search of good food, fun, festivals, nightlife and more! Weekenders is open to everyone. Call 815-444-8800, extension 4, for more information. If you wish to attend, annual membership is only $10.

Come join us for the Horizons for the Blind Weekenders Christmas Party – a relaxed, friendly gathering where everyone’s welcome. Enjoy great food, good laughs, and fun conversations, plus a lively raffle to spice things up!
LaVilla Restaurant is filled with rich, inviting aromas of an old Italian restaurant. One step into this charming place and you’ll quickly notice the comforting fragrance of freshly baked bread, and simmering tomato sauce infused with hints of onion and spices.
