A group from Horizons for the Blind will be attending the 2017 ICB (Illinois Council of the Blind) Convention on September 30 – October 1. This years’ convention will be held in Alton, IL. Horizons will share our mission and what we do to make the world a more accessible place. In addition, we will have copies of our Gadget Gallery catalog and display a few of our more popular items.
